This case study showcases the successful project management and construction for a modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom residential build in the Gold Coast.
Scope of works
Our company was appointed to plan and construct a new residential dwelling in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. The residence was architecturally designed with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and was to blend into the suburban surroundings, whilst creating the essence of a modern oasis.
Challenges
Insurecon was given strict budgets and timelines to adhere to for this project. The client raised their interests to move into the home and expected a turnkey property, fully managed by us until handover.
Outcome
Through effective project management, coordination, and skilled constructions techniques, our team successfully built the residence and handed over the keys to the owner.
Despite the challenges posed by extensive weather events, the site was carefully managed with environmental barriers in place. All work was signed off with local council and approved by the appointed architect.
